ALCAT TEST
Blood cells are liable to react when in contact with certain foods or food additives. Intolerant to react, releasing noxious, aggressive to the body that may lead to different symptoms.
Food intolerance is defined as the abnormal response of the organism to food or food additive, which is not involved in the immune system. Etiologically, has a frequency
between 5 and 10 times higher than the allergies.
Test ALCAT is not a slimming treatment or a treatment for migraine or dermatitis.
Test ALCAT is a blood test which is reproduced in the laboratory the response of our blood cells against 100 different foods (the most common in our diet) and 20 colors and preservatives commonly used in food.
Test ALCAT studies specifically the behavior of our own cells with each food. The reactivity to certain foods gives us the guideline to determine those that are negative to our body.
Test ALCAT function is to provide information on your metabolism towards your food intolerances, in order to customize your diet and get the maximum result from your treatment.
The information obtained with the Test ALCAT is used with a high success rate to address, from the dietary standpoint, problems like weight gain, chronic fatigue, fluid retention, headaches, gastrointestinal disorders, some types of dermatitis, arthritis, constipation, bloating, etc.
The Test ALCAT is a diagnostic tool that must be performed by a physician, and is the only professional who must prescribe the application and interpret and implement its results.
There is another test based on detection of immunoglobulin G type against more than 200 foods.
The suppression in the diet of foods for which a person has specific lgG levels above normal, provides a marked improvement in a high percentage of people with some of the following symptomatology:
